With 11 years working in the SEO industry, Sean has overseen the growth of Blue Array from a five person team to a fully operational 45+ person company. Sean is particularly passionate about creating a great place to work through establishing a strong culture, values and people development programmes.
Versed in the world of marketing after completing a (BCom) degree in Marketing from the University of Otago (New Zealand) in 2013 and having worked as a Marketing and Communications Assistant for a large city council, Kim adds to the synergy of the team and enjoys the technical nuances of SEO. Kim has spoken at BrightonSEO on automating key SEO processes using API’s and Google Sheets and is a regular speaker at industry meet-ups.
Vicky began her Human Resources career in learning and development consultancy and in 2013 completed a Masters in Human Resources Management to underpin her experience. As a member of the CIPD, Vicky spent nearly 10 years working for a firm of management consultants as an internal recruiter, which evolved into a hybrid role in recruitment and HR. Vicky joined Blue Array to ensure the best talent is recruited, retained and developed whilst maintaining the company ethos and culture.
